Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging within thirty (30) days of the purchase date and will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 60 days after purchase. In the case of damaged goods or goods sent in error, and the exchange is for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Items purchased from a retailer cannot be returned to La Criolla or to lacriolla.com; they must be returned to their Retailer in accordance with their returns policy. Please email or contact retailers directly.
