Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Wash potatoes well (no need to peel) and cut into bite‑size pieces.
In a small bowl, mix turmeric, garlic, complete seasoning, adobo, sazón, and oregano.
Place potatoes in a large bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and toss to coat.
Sprinkle seasoning mixture over potatoes and mix thoroughly (hands work best).
Spread potatoes evenly in a flat baking dish or sheet pan.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, stirring halfway, until fork‑tender and lightly crispy.
Serve hot and enjoy.
