A simple combination of fresh leafy greens, flavorful fruit, and a liquid base is all it takes to create a green smoothie. A great way to start your day!

La Criolla Green Smoothie Recipe

 0.50 cup almond milk
 4 celery stalks
 1 cucumber
 1 cup kale
 0.50 green apple
 0.50 lime
 1 cup pineapple
 1 tbsp La Criolla Coconut Oil
 2 cups ice
 1 tsp La Criolla fruit seasoning, to taste
 1 tsp La Criolla cayenne pepper, to taste

Place all ingredients in the blender in order listed

Turn on machine and quickly increase speed. Run for 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth

Pour and drink!
