
Cut the skirt steak into 4-inch strips.
Squeeze lime juice on skirt steak strips.
Season meat with La Criolla Adobo y Sazón according to your taste.
*Our Adobo y Sazon and many special blends are low sodium without any added coloring. So, if you see some inconsistent coloring simply give it a shake. If your palette is more used to saltier tastes then we recommend adding a pinch of Kosher Salt.
Grill steak to desired doneness (preferably medium-well).
Remove from grill and let the steak rest a bit, then slice against
grain into thin strips.
Add salt (we recommend Kosher Salt) to taste (optional).
Fill warmed corn tortillas with some steak.
Top with La Criolla Chimichurri and any additional toppings like cilantro, onions, and a squeeze of lime.
