Coquito is one of the best parts of a Puerto Rican Christmas — creamy, coconut-rich, sweet, and loaded with warm spice. This version brings brewed coffee into the mix for a holiday drink that’s smooth, bold, and absolutely addictive.
It comes together fast, chills perfectly, and tastes even better the next day. Make a batch for the holidays, for family, or just because — Coffee Coquito NEVER lasts long in my house.
