It was during my high school years, amidst the bustling days at a hamburger stand, where I discovered my love for cooking. Under the guidance of Mrs. Elpidia, a master of flavors , I learned not just to cook, but to appreciate the art of creating with my hands. That small corner, filled with aromas and laughter, became my first culinary classroom. This initial experience planted the seed of a passion that evolved over the years. I dedicated myself to exploring and reinventing culinary classics, infusing each dish with a modern and personal touch. It was in that humble beginning that I learned cooking is more than just feeding; it’s about innovating, sharing, and above all, putting your heart into every creation. Creating Tequila CJ Cantina Grill Restaurant alongside a partner who shares my passion for cooking was a dream realized.
