Not your store-bought salsa

So you’re cooking in the kitchen and you’re having friends over for cocktails and dinner… why not make your own fresh homemade salsa?  This way you know what’s in it, you can make it as spicy, as chunky or as smooth as you want and the best part – you can brag about how you made it from scratch and no one has to know how easy it was!

The recipe is posted below but remember feel free to let your cheftastic self flow and spice it up how you like it!


Fresh Salsa


  • 2 jalapeño peppers, chopped
  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. La Criolla Granulated Onion
  • 1 Tbsp. La Criolla Granulated Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. La Criolla Cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. La Criolla Sazon with Achiote & Cilantro


Chop peppers, onions and tomatoes. Add spices and toss.  Taste and add more to suit your palette. Serve to friends, family or just own your dish because trust us, it’s so fresh and delicious you won’t want to share!

** Our Interns made the salsa at our office and sampled it to our neighbors. Everyone was loving it!
