Shrimp has a kick with La Criolla Chipotle seasoning!

2 lbs Large Shrimp

1 TBSP.  La Criolla Adobo with Chipotle

1 tsp. La Criolla Turmeric (anti-inflamatory)

2 tsp. La Criolla Granulated Garlic

Dash of La Criolla Red Crushed Chili Pepper

3 TBSP La Criolla Olive Oil

2 Cups Peapods (or any veggie that your family likes)

1/2 Onion, chopped

1/2 Green Pepper, chopped

2 Carrots-Sliced

Heat olive oil over medium heat until hot.  Add spices and vegetables.  Cook until carrots and pea pods are gently crisp, not soft. Then add the shrimps and cook for another few minutes (don’t overcook the shrimp-they cook quickly-about 5-6 minutes.)
Serve with a side of vegetables or over quinoa, brown rice, or any other grain you like.  Enjoy!
