Great lunch or snack – your kids can help make these healthy rolls, full of Omega3!

Cook: 2 minutes
1 Tbsp. low-fat cream cheese
1 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla
3 oz. cooked salmon, seasoned with 1/2 Tbsp. La Criolla lemon pepper
1 cup spinach, sliced cucumber, sliced avocado, or any other vegetables you like
Spread cream cheese over tortilla. Layer with salmon, spinach and other veggies. Roll tortilla over ingredients. Cut into pieces. Enjoy!
