La Criolla Three Bean Salad

  • 1 can, drained & rinsed of La Criolla Red Kidney Beans
  • 1 can, drained & rinsed of La Criolla Chick Peas
  • 1 can, drained & rinsed of La Criolla Black Beans
  • ½ cup of La Criolla Stuffed Manzanilla Olives

 

Vinaigrette dressing:

  • ¼ tsp. La Criolla ground black pepper
  • ½ cup La Criolla Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. La Criolla Complete Seasoning

 

Directions:

Mix the beans and olives and place in a salad bowl.  Mix the vinaigrette dressing and pour over bean mixture or serve dressing separately.
