Classic Chicken Tacos

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1 lb Boneless skinless chicken breast cut into desired slices
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • ¼ La Criolla Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. La Criolla Adobo with Sazon
  • ½ tbsp. La Criolla Lemon Pepper
  • Dash of La Criolla Rosemary leaves
  • Corn tortillas (gluten free)

In a bowl, season the chicken with La Criolla Adobo and Sazon and Rosemary leaves and set aside. In a large skillet, heat the tomato, red pepper, onion, and La Criolla Olive Oil until the tomato turns into a paste (about 5 mins) stirring occasionally. Add the seasoned chicken, cook chicken thoroughly (about 8 mins each side) then sprinkle the lemon pepper as all ingredients are stirred together. Place the mixture on top of heated corn tortillas, top with avocado and serve. For an extra kick top with *Salsa Verde La Criolla!! Ole!
