Carmen’s Apple Crisp


5 large Granny Smith apples-Sliced thin

1 TBSP La Criolla Ground Cinnamon

1/2 tsp. La Criolla Nutmeg

1/2 cup La Criolla Ground Oatmeal

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar

1/2 stick cold butter or margarine-cut in pieces

Heat oven to 350. Place apples in 1-1/2 Qt. baking dish.

Mix all other ingredients in bowl. Mix with 2 knifes until coarse mixture.  Sprinkle mixture over apples and bake for 30-35 minutes or until apples tender.  Serve warm.  May add ice cream, frozen yogurt or whipped cream and top with La Criolla Honey or La Criolla Cinnamon and Sugar.
